I finally scavenged together the 4.5k needed for a lvl3 buddy. But now that I'm on the chargen screen I can't settle on what I want.

I'm running a blight druid (will be almost pure with 1lvl of monk after I get wildshape) with Valeria, Jaethal, Harrim, and Amiri. I'm not sure what the best complement to this party is, or even if I should aim for a complement instead of just straight up replacing one of the unfortunate morons I've been saddled with.

First off I'm lacking any kind of ranged striker. So a Thunder or Fire Ranger might come in handy (eventually with a few levels of rogue for the flanking sneak attack). With that said, I do have a decent damage setup with Jaethal/Amiri as long as I buff them lots before combat.
On the other hand, with Jaethal getting free teamwork feats it could be better to roll a rog/x for better synergy, and it would be nice to have a stealth/trickery expert in light armor.
Or, with Harrim sucking Rambutan in every way it could be nice to replace him with a cleric worth his name. Someone with enough charisma for selective casting and decent skills. I don't need a bajillion CON on a cleric after all, that's why I have a tank. And speaking of tanks...
Should I replace Valeria with a non-retarded sword&board? 15 CHA doesn't exactly help with anything combat related, but as someone pointed out in another thread, I could multiclass her to be a subpar bard/rdd as well. Something like fgt/brd/rdd might offset her terrible stat distribution, but such a setup won't be possible for a long time.

I also need an accomplished caster on my team (thinking wiz or sor), but that won't pay off until lvl10 somewhere, so I'm not considering that option until far later.

What do you think would work best, and why?

Is there a glossary somewhere that will help me translate all these Pathfinder acronyms?

Which ones?
A ranged striker is someone focused on dealing high amounts of damage (like Amiri) with little to no survival.
Classes are usually denoted with 3 characters in stat tables, so rog is Rogue, rog/x means Rogue with an unspecified secondary class (in this case an unspecified melee class at full Base attack bonus = the 'to hit' progression bonus by level, like fighter).
CON is constitution which determines the amount of HP a character gets per level (as well as a boost to fortitude saves).
CHA is charisma.
fgt is fighter, brd is bard, and rdd is red dragon disciple.
Wiz and Sor are wizard and sorcerer respectively.

rog/x and rdd were the ones that I did not get from context. And you've explained them, so thanks. Still, this forum is starting to fill up with acronyms and jargon that I don't understand. So my question was, is there a glossary somebody put together, somewhere?
