It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

PC, Laptop.

You need to be in screen resolution 1360x768 .. But Stats are still not showing for any kind of upgrades

It has been reported many times on the zendesk, and on reddit, but still is a problem with the latest update.

--------------

I know there's a workaround, different screen resolution will solve it.

But for me with my eyesight it's not a solution.
I hate when you load a game in a different screen res to your desktop and the icons on your desktop get re-arranged.
I also want to get the best performance out of this game on a laptop as can possibly be achieved.
Screen Resolution 1360x768 is my ideal for everything mentioned, desktop icon size and scaling, not being in a different resolution to the game, and performance of the game.
But for some strange reason Hellogames don't seem to be able to correct this issue with the Stats on upgrades.

So if you have the same problem, but dont mind a higher resolution .. That's your answer to the problem at the moment until HG maybe get around to solving it someday.

Edit : Pre-empting any possible suggestions ..
Since reporting this multiple times to HG I have upgraded NVidia drivers always to the latest WHQL version, including a couple of clean installs of the same. Upgraded the laptop to a better model twice. So it's certainly not machine or driver specific. And in all reports given DXDiag plus all machine specifications, mentioned the only common factor which is the Screen res, and never had any third party mods installed. I dont know what else to do besides report it once more publicly in hopes that it is not lost again in the many Zendesk reports HG must get which no doubt become prioritized.

Not a fix but a handy utility: Desktop Restore.

I'm still using version 1.7.0.040 from a few years back. Very handy when a game crashes and leaves things in random positions.

I can't specifically vouch for the download from MajorGeeks but they're reasonably well known. Nevertheless, always practice safe hex, as one does.
Also know that the game does support resolution scaling, so that you can play in borderless fullscreen at the native resolution of your desktop, while the game renders at a lower resolution and upscales it. Dont know if that can be useful in your situation.

Yep I know, played about with those options for quite a while, but it still doesn't solve the bug.

:) Thanks for the suggestion, but yeah those Download sites profiting (via advertising) from other peoples work just used as content, sometimes randomly include obfuscated additional content in their own tailored installers, I keep clear of them.
Typically you may end up with a background service you were not expecting, something else installing sponsored by another third party, and/or changing your browsers home page, or even the link for the download being intercepted by a middleman malware pusher with their own idea of what the installer will put on your system .. too many chefs making those dodgy pies.
