Good news and bad news.
marlowe221: When I click any of the links for player-made modules on the IGN forums, I get a blank page.
Bad news: IGN basically shut down the old NWN vault. And despite saying they'd fix it...like a year ago...it's still down. Assume it's gone.

Good news: the community set up a new vault with all the old content here...

It's still a bit of a WIP since it's trying to unpack and organize 13 years of content while fixing bugs and adding features, but everything available on the old vault is (or will be) available on the new vault. If there's something specific you're looking for that hasn't been unpacked yet, you can post on their forums about it and they'll get it available for download.
Kind of funny...
Bioware had a bad authentication server and then shut it down...community made their own security systems.
Gamespy shut down its server listings...community made their own server listings.
IGN shut down NWN Vault...community made its own vault.
That's NWN for you, which is why I still love it.
