Was just wondering how long it takes for gog to send a key normally?

Two working days. GOG is closed over the weekend (a long weekend in the case of Easter).

Also check your spam folder, just in case.

I just wish I'd get it already this is starting to be a real problem for an rp server im on.

My colleague sent you the key an hour after you sent the ticket, but it looks like the e-mail never got delivered. The response from your mail provider's server was that "This user doesn't have a <provider name> account".

Please double-check if the e-mail address assigned to your GOG.com account is correct and send me a PM.

I'm in the same situation, send 2 days ago the support ticket and have not received any email.

Edit. I just got the email, thanks. Anyway, google puts it in spam.
