I'm trying to install the game on another computer, and I can't find the CD key in my mail. It's odd because I can't imagine I'd delete it, but anyway, I requested the CD again via the common procedure. Is there any reason I shouldn't get it again, and that I'm waiting for several weeks? Is there any problem with this?

Hmm. I don't know anything for certain, but I imagine GOG could be leery of giving out more than one CD key to any given person. However, I think they'd understand if you explained. Did you say why you needed a second one in your email? In any case, several weeks is long enough that I would send a new message. Just make sure to you mention that you sent another one previously and that it didn't get a response.
