Everytime I try to start up NWN it won't work. once I select play from the boot menu it will show the eye graphic then dissappear, and nothing will happen. I have installed the critical update patch from bioware, ran it in Safe Movies, ran it will intro movies disabled, ran it with combatibility, updated all of my drivers, and run as administrator. I don't know what to do...

Try running nwnmain.exe directly from game folder.

Also get the 1.69 critical rebuild patch from nwn.bioware.com

Make sure you're install from GOG was good.

Also, don't forget to set the game to run as administrator (or disable user account controls) if you're on Vista. The game used to crash on me during the start up all the time because of this.
