So I have the Assassin's Note. I have the secret piece of paper from his desk. How do I go about getting him arrested now? I can't remember who gave me that option, but I didn't have the Note Piece then and now I do.

Haven't played it myself, but gamebanshee is usually a good source.

Old thread, but other people could have the same question.

You need to progress past the vote for the new Banner first, then you can go through with the arrest. You talk to Enivid to have it done. (You may have to talk to your Banner or Hand to have it done, actually.)
