chapter 2, Garius has been owned by his own ritual, Vale says 'talk to me when you are ready' but when I do the event doesn't trigger (I don't get teleported back to Neverwinter) any ideas? Yeah I know I can trek all the way back, just checking if there's an easier fix

I can't leave the place either, it says 'you are not allowed to leave', also there's an 'evil' sealed door of which I have no key

Apparently there is a bug whereby if Sevann dies, the conversation does not proceed as it should -- it appears that Sevann should not die. If you have a character capable of using a Raise Dead scroll, give yourself one via the console and revive Sevann, then talk to Vale again. Here's how to get the scroll:
