I would like to buy this game but have some important questions prior to buying the game on gog (NWN 2 Collection).

1.) What is the situation with multiplayer now that all Gamespy services are now permanntley gone? SWord of the Stars 2, (which I do really like for its complexity, battles and depth) got dropped by gamespy AFTER it was using it to play multi. So I know that NwN 2 uses gamespy and once used its master servers to find games. How does this effect multiplayer for NwN 2?

2.) What has Gog team done to the game now that it is on the Gog.com service listing working under Win 7/8, Vista and XP? Did they fix any bugs and possibly find a workaround for multi (to get past now dead gamespy service)?

Still if people want to respond with more specifics or their experience with GOG.com release version (as in they are re-releasing it working under win7/8 vista/xp with bonus digital content), it would only be a positive thing and informative (more specifically multiplayer experience detailed).
