to those who have played the game, how much of the text in the game is voice acted.

is it more than pillars of eternity 1?

this doesnt seem to come up in the forums or the YT reviews that i've watched, so i'm guessing most people dont care.

anyway, i look forward to your help

I'm in the "don't care" category myself, but much of the game is voiced. It is not fully voiced (there are some NWN1-style dialogues that are typically not). Generally conversations involving companions or major plot characters are voiced, while interactions with minor NPCs are not.

The general style of the game is to use a "movie style" camera angle for voice-acted dialogues and NWN1 text panels for the non-voiced content.

I would estimate that it is more fully voiced than PoE 1, and much more so than NWN1.

if anyone is interested, the main quests in the game are voice acted. you can skip the non voiced stuff without missing much.

the dlc on the other hand has very little voice acting, i did not finish it even though the story seems more interesting.


as for the main campaign, the ending is better than two worlds 2's ending... so there's that.

a bigger problem than the voices in NWN2 is the worse camera compared to NWN 1
