So far as I understand it, you would have to install. BUT, I may have found you an easier solution *smiling*

Ketaros Cloaks Icons (HouD & CEP Compatibility) . unhaking these using NWhak.exe and putting the icon files in your override folder should overwrite the existing cloaks. They aren't the orginal ones but are the same icon model with new textures.

I'll let you test, but the theory's good. *grin*
