I need bard build suggestions, for nwn1. I want her to be full caster and to fight decently...
I currently play 14str, 14dex, 12con, 12int, wis8, cha16, she's human and she sucks at melee, she wields two-handed sword... She's also level 3 bard and she got lots of unspent points....

I would have started with 16 Str and 14 Cha. To give you better Melee capability early on. Most bard build top out at 16 cha for 6 level spells but you don't need that till level 16 Bard.

Add some kind of Fighter class to the mix. Keep classes in groups of 4 to preserve BAB, and you can also do the old standby of adding some RDD levels to boost strength:

Sample build.

I would probably take fighter over Barbarian, but this is just what I found with a quick search.
If adding fighter levels, taking weapon focus and weapon specialization will help. Strength boosting items will help as well.
What exactly are you playing? OC? SoU+Hotu? Some PW? Or some module? For example you end Sou+Hotu around 27-29, most likely not even hit 30. So using 40 lvl build is not exactly best idea there. And in OC you most likely wont even hit 19 lvl, not to mention epics.
@Valkinaz raises valid points. But I'm a bard enthusiast so I'll jump right in..

I like a bard that buffs up with spells, puts on armour and going singing into battle. I'm playing a bard like that in the OC, and started with stats as you describe. My bard couldn't hit any of the zombies in early Act 1, so I had to rethink.

I suggest going with PeterScott's advice on stats, start with 16 Str and 14 Cha, then level up Str then Cha alternately. That way you get to 16 Cha at Bard 16. Use spells to buff up before fighting. And there are plenty of magical items to raise strength and charisma as you advance in the game.

For the OC start with Bard, and add one level of Fighter early on to get an extra feat like Blind Fight. For melee fighting I suggest Power Attack and Cleave at first level to get the benefit of your greatsword. But bard feats like Curse Song and Lingering Song need to be taken as soon as possible as once you add a few bard levels they are incredibly powerful.

If you want to carry on with the character you have then add one point of Strength at level 4, and equip magical items like a belt or gloves (available towards the end of Chapter 1) to raise your strength even more. But don't expect to be effective in melee until you can raise your strength to 16. You should get access to the Bull's Strength spell soon that really helps. Just remember you can only select a few spells so choose wisely :) Until you have decent melee capabilities yourself use Daelan to attract the aggro, bard song to increase your effectiveness and hit and run!

For skills maximise Perform, Tumble and Spellcraft, and also raise Use Magic Device (enables you to use Boots of Dodge) and Discipline. If you want conversation skills then Persuade and Bluff are fun.
