Today I got invited to play NWN2 with a friend who has the (now no-sales) steam version. I have the CD version, and after installing the game and expansions, found out that *GASP* the official patch servers are down, the external methods of patching no longer are available since the vault went down... and I'm out of money until tomorrow to deal with this at all.
Ultimately I'm left with no choice but to avoid playing this game I have fond memories of.
For proof of my ownership of the game, I'm attaching a photo of my manuals and disks.
