Hi, I a big NWN 1 buff i tried nwn2 campaign when it first game out and was diss pointed with it and it's play style i was curious if the expansion did any justice to the game and if it's worth picking up and if any community or good servers exist in NWN 2 online

My old problem with NWN2 online when i played was if i added say one area to my world everyone who played had to re download the thing again vs NWN1 where all you needed to download was .hak (if even) once and then you can play
There is still a community online, but its getting decreasing as time passes, new games releases and summer vacations are on. Its not nearly as close as NWN1's community used to be during its "golden age" a long time ago.

I recommend you to check the NWN2.wiki to eventually find your poison or frustration, most standing servers are Roleplay servers.

You can find some servers with RPG rules and stuff on: http : // neverwinter2.gram .pl

(It's polish, but most of players should know english, so if you'll have problems or questions you can ask on forums)
There is indeed a community still around, and it's surprisingly active. Lots of great stuff still going on. The most active, non-pornographic servers (seriously, don't ask) are Baldur's Gate: The Sword Coast Chronicles and Tales of Amn. Both of these are roleplaying servers, and Baldur's Gate regularly has a full house (75 players).

I suspect the community all be sticking around for a long time to come, as there really isn't another option for this type of game. New players still come and go, and old faces are always getting sucked back in. So seriously, yeah, come on on! Both of the NWNs have what I believe is the best multiplayer experience ever created, and it's still tons of fun.
