Title. I'm looking for a heavily PvE and character build focused MMO-like open server with the given requirements and recommendations.
Requirements:
-Strong effort to meet modern MMO standards. Consumables restricted and nerfed. Class abilities on cooldowns or energy-limited instead of recharge on rest. No class should be boring to play (just spam-clicking left mouse button). Make every quickbar slot count! I want something that handles more like a modern MMO than D&D and if that doesn't exist, I'm deleting NWN off my computer and renewing my WoW subscription.
-Heavily PvE-focused.
-No friendly fire.
-Cheap or free respecializations.
-Active dev team with regular content updates.
-Designed around fun and balance instead of lore, RP, and PvP
Recommendations.
-Heavy restrictions on PvP
-Strong protection against griefing and toxic behavior.
-No requirement to RP; no punishment for out-of-character behavior.
-Design friendly to soloing and/or AI squadmates.
-Minimal requirement to manually type out commands and menu options; use an intuitive GUI whenever available.
-No excessive grinding required to level up.
