I installed neverwinter nights from gog.com.on another pc in my household. I have vista 7 on my pc. I am wanting another one to install on this pc. ive already used code key. it says code key already in use. how do I get another code key

Request a CD-Key and only use it on one of the PCs, if you wanna play offline LAN this should work. Otherwise support GOG and buy a second game with a new account (and then request Keys for both installs of course). Afaik you can't buy more than one game copy with a single account.
