After two long years of hard work we are proud to say we can finally present Eye of the Beholder II: The Legend of Darkmoon.

If you are interested in playing this Neverwinter Nights Mod, please head on over to download it at the following site:

UPDATE: New Site URL. Site moved.

We had to move the site to MODDB because IGN in all of their wisdom decided to shut down Neverwinter Vault.

http://www.moddb.com/mods/eye-of-the-beholder-ii-ledgend-of-darkmoon

We would like to thank the community for all of their interest, support and the great feedback given to us over the past two years and for all of the encouragement we have received along the way to continue making this mod.

The mod should provide many hours of fun and challenging game play and hopefully bring back some fond memories from long ago, (for those who may have played the original game released by Westwood in 1991).

Thank you,
Rick

fe79: Yes, it does.
Thanks for adding that. But for some reason it’s telling me that links cannot be added at this time. Maybe because I’ve not added any posting here before even though I’ve had an account here and bought games here. Weird! Anyway, thank you for adding the link. I’ll see if I can add it later.

I don't know why they don't tell people this with the 'links cannot be posted' message, but you need a minimum rep score to post links. I can't recall what it is, either 5 or 20.

I haven't played NWN is months, but I may have to check this module out. I played the first one and quite enjoyed it. Congrats on getting this one done.

@darksx:
You have to gain more reputation to be able to post links.

Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks Coelocanth, you won’t be disappointed, we spent a lot of time on making this mod. I think you guys will like what you see once you start playing it.

Ill just add, that if you do grab the mod and play it. Explore! Especially the Darkmoon forest. There are many hidden secrets there.

Cool, thanks, dark. I'll add it top my massive backlog of games to play and hopefully get to it before the end of the decade. :P
Looks interesting. I never got around to playing your first mod, so I'm curious if this one plays well as a standalone, or whether playing through the first one beforehand is recommended.

Playing our first mod is not required, but at some point if you like NWN and Eye of the Beholder. then you might want to check the mod out.

Thanks for downloading and I hope you enjoy it.

I've been searching for a good excuse to reinstall NWN and this is the perfect one, I played the first EOB for a while, but back then I had a weak CPU and I couldn't get past the third floor without having a Power Point esque slideshow, now that I've upgraded my PC, I've been itching for some good ol' NWN after the massive dissapointment that Cryptic's Neverwinter was.

Now I have 2 perfect excuses, EOB 1, and EOB 2... I need to plan accordingly, because it seems I'll be quite busy for a while...

EoB1 and 2 back to back, it doesn't get any better than that!!!
I'll have to check this one out when I get a chance! Good to see there are still quality modules coming out for NWN1.

Doug
been playing this with multi player.
It's really awesome. Some of the puzzles are way easier with two players
This module highly recommended!

Will you and your team be doing Eye of the Beholder III: Assault on Myth Drannor to complete the trilogy?
