Go to your library, search for Mount & Blade: Warband, and download all the Mac files. You may have your files set to "Windows" so just click on the word "Windows" and change it to "Mac" in the drop down menu.

I just downloaded again today from GOG, but the files (verified that the dropdown is for the Mac files) are "...2.14.0.33.pkg". Original/native works great, but after downloading and installing both Napoleon and Viking modules, only the original plays. I don't get an option to start either of these add-on modules, just the original Warband.

Do I still have the wrong file somehow?

Please send an email to our Support department about this issue as I don't have access to a Mac outside of work.

This link is for game technical issues: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/categories/201400969

Basically, just click the "Sign In" button (don't worry you won't need to re-log in or anything because it's automated), find the appropriate Mount & Blade game, and scroll down to the bottom for a "Contact Us" link.

Once you have done everything I just wrote, please be sure to describe your exact issue and keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam filter as sometimes our messages get stuck there for whatever reason :)

Will do, thanks!
**UPDATE: I got all mods to work ONLY IF i start it thru GOG Galaxy. Now, whichever mod/version i last played when starting via GOG, that is the only version that plays if i subsequently start by launching from my Applications folder... and, if i go back and relaunch a different mod from GOG Galaxy, then THAT mod is the only one that will launch when i start from Applications folder... So, still doesn't given an option for which mod when starting from the Applications folder. Weird...

But, hey - at least they're working now!!
