Hi

In MM6 I entered the Shadowguild near Castle Stone. Normally the doors in this dungeon should open automatically when I step close to them, but they stay locked. Can anybody help?

(sorry for my bad english, I am german)

Your quest objective is in Free Haven Sewers. Shadow Guild Hideout isn't needed.

When I played English GOG version of MM 6, doors worked fine, but I know that one of patches (seems to be fixed in English version of MM6 here) was breaking those doors.

If yo udon't want to bother with patches and other versions, you can skip this dungeon, it isn't needed for any quest (despite what questgiver might imply).
I remember the problem and found the site that had a type of solution

Iirc, you get a hint in the Shadow Guild Hideout that directs you to the sewers. Its been awhile though, so I might have the wrong dungeon in mind.
You find a letter that tells the Prince of Thieves to get out of town and hide in Free Haven until things cool down.
