I believe I've got all the alliance members I need now - in Alvar the Elf said I had the three allias I need and that I should go to Ravenshore.

However, none of the alliance members have gone to the Guild House in Ravenshore. What have I missed? Very frustrating as the journal is next to useless in this regard.

I have the Minotaurs, the Trolls and the Clerics agreeing to the Alliance, btw.

You need 3 NOT including the trolls, you need either the dragons or the dragon hunters as the third one...
