Everyone in my party is dead beside simon my knight and going to sanctum does not revive them

What do you mean by "sanctum"? Which area are you in, and what services does the building usually provide? What parts of the main quest line have you done recently?

To answer your question:
The simplest way is to take them to a temple. Once you're inside, select the dead character to have them be the one interacting with the building, and then pay whatever the cost is to heal them.

If they are merely unconscious, then a stay at an inn (or sleeping outside, if you sleep 8 hours) will take care of it.
