Hello - I fondly remember playing this game a lot. I also remember there was a settings menu when you first loaded that gave better character colors so you could visually see a difference in levels on enemies and NPCs. how do I change it from all 1 color sets to the 3 color sets I remember?

Go to settings in game (computer icon), then Controls, then Video Settings, and toggle the Tinting option.
If on, it will color green, blue, and red for the levels/subtype of individual monsters.
(Hmm, my GoG install with Greyface patch works fine, my CD install with Greyface patch won't let me change those video settings.... probably something in the mm7.ini files that is different. Can always rename it and start fresh ini)

This seemed to be the issue - I had the tinting on, but the greyface patch seemed to fix it. the layout looks weird, but I know its actually giving me more room to see. im sure ill get use to it in a bit. thanks a ton!

as an added bonus - I can now tab out of screen and the game doesn't completely crash as well. what a super patch for the modern gamer!
