Hey. In my gog version of MM6 (what does gog stand for?), sometimes I can run without the shift key, sometimes I can't. It seems random which setup it chooses for a given session. How do I consistently run by default? Also, how come every time I run the game, a user account control window pops up, asking if I want to allow mm6.exe to make changes to the computer? Shouldn't it just make changes the first time, and then be done with it? Thanx for any help.
If its not to obvious i migh point out i think numpad is used to turn of/on autoru. Might have come near it? or the button is bugged?

Ok, that's different... you're talking about a feature where you move forward without having to hold any button down at all. I was unaware of that feature. I like holding down the forward button to go forward. I have no intent to make use of that, especially as the numlock key also disables the number pad as a directional input, which I like to use better than the arrow keys below the shift button.

I'm talking about the speed of travel, walking or running. I like to run without holding down the shift key, *just* the forward key. Sometimes it lets me, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it switches within the same gaming session. Please help. I dunno what you're saying about bugged... don't get me paranoid about people bugging the keyboard, lol.

SOLVED!!! Caps Lock toggles it. Discovered on accident. Now what about the issue where the game asks for permission to make changes to the computer every time it starts? What's up with that?
