Resurrecting in a temple has no negative side effects on age or endurance.
It takes two in game days and costs money however, so simply casting raise dead and using the pool in the ancient yak temple wasn't a bad choice.
Interestingly, after a few days of playing, I beat Clouds, and moved to Darkside, and due to permanant stat enhancing potions I randomly come across, her endurance is now 60.

Keep in mind, that I never even planned for that, as I was happy with it being at 21 it just... happened. And I was equally sharing the stat increases with my party (At least I thought I was)

60 is quite low in terms of Darkside :))

Though I am breezing through the Armadillos, which I recall people saying is extremely difficult.

Edit: Went back to the Armadillos and they're freaking hard, and I even had trouble with a nearby gargoyle. So I wonder if the monsters gets harder further down the road?
