The fountain in portsmith dungeon gave everybody +4 might even though I never even tried to do the "Worthiness" quest. Is it a bug?

Saved the game at the inn, reset, load the game and went back there, sure enough I couldn't get the an additional +4 might anymore (otherwise it would have broken the game)

Since apparently I don't need to do the worthiness quest, where can I find the other stats' boosting pools?
Especially Endurance?
I have found the intellect and personality pools, and both worked on my characters, too.

I am level 7. Maybe when you reach that level you are automatically deemed worthy without having to do the quest?

And where is the pool of endurance?
SPOILER ALERT:

The first time you visit each stat-boosting location, you get the boost for free. If you want to get ANOTHER boost, you have to do the worthiness quest first. I think you can repeat the worthiness quest several times and keep visiting the stat-boosting locations, but this is very tedious.

The endurance pool is in outdoors region A-1. The best way to get to it is to start from Erliquin (which is in area A-2) then go outside, follow the road, turn north at the first fork, then turn west again. Then turn south onto another road that leads roughly southwest. Follow that and it will take you into outdoors area A-1. You will only be able to access a small corner of area A-1, but it's where the pool is. There are several fights along this path, including a tough one right before the pool, if I remember correctly. You can use the Jump spell to skip some of the tougher fights.
