I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to create your own maps & game using the MM3 (MM4 & MM5) game engine? Many years ago, I was into the D&D Goldbox series games and they released one title called Unlimited Adventures where you could make your own game. Has anyone done this for the M&M world yet? Hopefully someone has and if not is there anyone that would consider doing this? There is a large M&M 3, 4, 5, fan base that would love this. It could even be something offer exclusively on GOG.. who knows :)
Only one that I know of: Swords of Xeen. I don't know how it was made, but it was obviously officially sanctioned by New World Computing, since it was included on the Might&Magic Trilogy CD (MM3-5). Not sure if GOG offers Swords of Xeen. though?
It's not very well regarded, though, and I haven't tried it myself.

Actually, Swords is good fun. It's much more challenging than MM4&5. Even the story is kind of interesting. You should really give it a shot. It has a different feel to the way the world is put together, so it's definitely not just more of the same.

This Swords of Xeen sounds very interesting! Hopefully we see a gog.com release.

There is an indoor and outdoor map editor (including events), utility to create new/empty maps, and rebuild the main data file. And more utilities too!

Event editing sucks.

Have fun!
That's awesome thank you!
