Hello All,
I am in Free Haven and have found the carpenter. How do find or get the Stone Cutter to appear to repair the temple? I am doing something wrong or havn't done something? Am I in the correct place to find this person? Thanks.

Check the buildings just south of the temple.

Also, if you save and reload, the professions of the wandering citizens of the towns will change. I think you can get a stone cutter that was too.

Yes, reloading can get you the people with the profession you're looking for. You can go to any town with many people, save there, and then reload until you find what you want. :)

In my experience, the carpenter was much harder to find than the stonecutter. Got to the point where as soon as I found a carpenter, I'd go grab the stonecutter in the house near the temple and finish the quest right then.

They both can be found in houses near Temple. One of them is just more to southeast of Temple.
