Is there a way to use a different MIDI arrangement for music other than the default with this title? If so, how?

You mean play output through a different synthesizer like BASSMIDI? Do the following:

1. Run DOSBox directly (not through the normal shortcuts).
2. Type mixer /listmidi and press enter.
3. Take note of the number beside the one you want to use.
4. Edit the game's configuration file and change midiconfig= to midiconfig=1, or whatever number you got. If the line isn't there, add it under the [midi] section.
5. Save your changes and the game will then output to that. Repeat with the same midiconfig number for other games as needed.
