Hi. With insomnia sale i bought this game. But after installation i have this message: "You can not access the specified device, path, or file. it is likely that you do not have the required permissions"


The strange thing is that executable file result deleted after trying to start the game.

I tried to disable the antivirus but nothing changes. The executable disappears....

With issues like this it's best to write to our Support department :) Please make sure to provide as much info as possible such as a DxDiag. Thanks :)

Also can't play after installation. Comod Antyvirus detected a lot of threats (see attached file)

That is rather odd as obviously our executables are virus-free. Have you tried submitting the executable to Comod so they can remove it from their program's heuristics or whatever methods it uses to determine a given file is a threat?

Is there a way to add the file to Comod's exceptions list, if it has such a thing?
