pedrovay2003: I asked 4A Games on Facebook if GOG was getting the Mac and Linux versions of Exodus, and they confirmed that right now, those will only be released on Steam and the Apple Store, so I guess we're going to be restricted to just Windows for the entire series here.
That's awkward tho.
As afaik Exodus port is being handled by 4A themselves whereas 2033+LL are made by Feral (therefore a different situation entirely).
:-( I really hoped it would come here. Guess I will have to try to get it running in Wine then.

Maybe this may be of use to you then:

Also, what is with the "Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition" scheduled for 2021 present on the PCGW page?
https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Metro_Exodus

SteamDB lists that Linux files are in fact present (just not available in any public packages so far):
https://steamdb.info/app/412020/depots/

Since this is supposed to be a native port I am personally sort of torn if to aim to eventually get it DRM-free here (someday) or to get it on Steam and DRM-free-fy it (goldberg to the rescue, tho with native port it could possibly maybe be easier).

There is quite some videos illustrating how this definitely can be made to work:

but then again having native port is better (usually).

Thanks for the links. Sad if one would have to turn all tesselation off as I really like that effect. One of the bigger improvements after DX9 imho. I hope this will be better when I play this.

That performance video was interesting with DXVK being far superior for Wine and barely slower than Windows despite using an Nvidia GPU, intriguing.
