Game is working wonderfully aside from the intro video of Snake in the sub not playing. Is there a way to fix this that I have not realized? Is there a way to tell if all the hotfixes are installed? Sorry, I'm new to this sort of thing. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Windows 10, gtx 1080. Not sure what else I can add to help

In my case as soon as I run the game and don't press any buttons, the intro video automatically plays directly after the Konami logo is shown. However, if I press a button during this first bit, it skips the video and goes straight to the menu.

Note that the video does not play when you select to start a new game.
