The game opens in a window, which I'm fine with, but the window cuts off so I can't see the top of the menu. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm wondering if it is cutting off part of the view while playing as well.

Hi,
You can set KP to fullscreen in the VISUALS main menu's section. And also make sure you've set the right screen resolution that fit to your monitor. KP by default is 4:3 and max 1600x1200.
