Thanks for you help, but still the same after disconnecting my arcade stick.
It can just wait until they do an update, playing Shadow Warrior classic through again instead :)

Yes, mate, the best thing is to wait for an update... (let's sit in a comfortable chair down for this, because we'll get tired XD). I play Shadow Warrior through VoidSW, it is integrated into the EDuke32 files. =)

I had similar issue but with new 3.0.8 installer made for expansion. I used older version of eduke32, 32bit executable and it works perfectly:

However I just play both Shadow Warrior and Ion Fury in software mode, so far no runtime errors, no bex/app crashes or visual glitches.

xpzone: The base game runs fine in software and OpenGL, no issues at all.
Once I install the DLC the game loads the resolution select screen, then crashes with an out of memory error.
I noticed that there are no OpenGL options in the select screen now. My system is up to date with drivers.

I9-12900KF
64 GIG Ram
MSI 3090
Win 11

Why does the base game work and not the DLC, both are v3.0.0.9
I have installed from GOG Galaxy and also the offline installers , deleted the game saves and settings save files.
Time to refund I guess as it does not seem to work.
Hopefully, this has been fixed.

Make sure to have a clean install with no mods and unplug any controllers, some controllers have been causing issues with SDL.

OpenGL is not an option explicitly as the game defaults to OpenGL instead of software.

I have installed several times both online and offline installers, I do not have any controller plugged in.
Nothing except Keyboard and Mouse, then why did the original work without issues ( 2.0_(51180) ).
The issue came with the ( 3.0.0.9 ) update, and nothing has changed in my system.
