chaosnorder: Is anyone else not able to unlock Celeste? I gave Kyu the XXX mag, and got the device. I've tried giving it to any of the other girls at the beach, during the night, and they keep rejecting it, and I don't unlock Celeste when I'm done talking/dating the other girl. Am I doing something wrong?
You don't give it to anyone, but you are on the right track: night time at the beach.
I'm guessing that so far (since having the device) you've always done a date and succeeded at the date to the point of always going to the bedroom. Just try to leave the beach at night instead of doing a date with whatever character you were meeting. Or fail the Night date (i.e. don't get all the needed points before running out moves) so you at least get some munie out of the meeting but won't go to the bedroom; then try to leave the beach by picking any other character anywhere.
The point is to be alone at the beach, but that can't happen until the character you were meeting leaves which happens when you leave for someone else. It also can't happen if you and the character you meet leave for your bedroom, i.e. a successful date.
