why can't i get the app to pop up in my gog downloader, gog support team sucks, they don't reply. Any advice?

The downloader's purpose is to download you're files, nothing else.
Are you having trouble downloading your files ?

ok when i purchased the game, it does not show up in my downloader, how can i get it to show up in my downloader?

Click on the 'my account' button at the top of the page. Then click on the cover of the game you bought. From there you have the choice to use gog downloader or your browser to download your files.

i have done that several times and it still doesn't pop up on the downloader. The browser doesn't work either, could this be blocked by a firewall?

Yes it can. You should probably look into that.

Nope, there's something wrong. I just tried to download some of my files and i'm having the same problems.
There was some maintenace done earlier today, so probably something got broken...

these still don't help, i can't get the game to pop up into my downloader...

Here's a temporary fix,
1-Click on 'download using browser',
2-Copy and paste the quoted URL (without quotation marks) into your address bar and press enter.

my downloader wont work when i sownload it to gog downloader t says safari cannot read gog downloader and it wont let me download!!!! SO MAD, by the wy i have a mac so it might be different.

You need to install the GOG downloader to use it, which is a Windows only program. Your only option for a Mac is to use your browser.

Also, everything on GOG is a Windows only set-up file. You'll either need a Windows machine or parallels/boot camp to install the game, and then use either Dosbox, Crossover or Wine to play it on OSX.
