Heya Everybody,

I just installed the Community Patch, the Quest Pack and the Content mod. The Community Patch worked fine but when I installed the remaining two importand mods... it didn't find the Guru... O.o

What should I do?

Sorry can't really help as i just installed gothic 3 and the community patch but I didn't find anything on the Quest pack or Content mod. I was wondering if you could elaborate on where you got them and if you,ve gotten it to work properly.

Same problem here, except I don't have the content mod installed, just Community Patch 1.74 and Questpaket 4. I get the dialog Avrin attached, followed by an error saying "Can't create application singleton." I tried running the game as Administrator, but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Problem solved, at least on my system. It appears there are incompatibilities between certain versions of the Community Patch and Quest Pack. I did the following:

* Install Gothic 3
* Install Community Patch version 1.75
* Install Quest Pack 4, Update 2
* Install Quest Pack update for Community Patch 1.75.

Ok, I'm having a similar problem. I have all that and my game does work fine, but I also want the Content Mod 2.3 but I get the same crash on start up.

Try this method.
