Hi, I've picked up "Car Mechanic Simulator 2018" from the Epic store a couple of weeks back, but for some reason it appears as "City of Brass" in GOG Galaxy.

Is there a way to fix this or is this something that needs to be fixed on the back end?

Hi!

Thanks for pointing this out. We've fixed it on our side, should be updated soon also in your library.
Hey, seems to have worked, thanks!

Hello, the game is showing up for me as a separate title but under the name "City of Brass" still. It does have the correct CMS18 thumbnail though.

I disconnected my Epic Games account from GOG and reconnected, but the issue persists.

Hi! I can confirm this issue with Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 detected as City of Brass.

Also wanted to point out that other games are also not detected properly, such as 8Doors: Arum's Afterlife Adventure. It has 2 entries in the Galaxy database. One for the Steam version, another for the GOG / DRM-free version. It would be nice if both could be merged because it's the same game. The Steam version is just detected as "8Doors".

The same happens with Destroy All Humans! The Xbox and Epic versions are incorrectly detected as the original game from 2005 (instead of the 2020 remake) while the GOG and Steam versions are detected properly.
Yep, same for me: I have the real City of Brass and the fake one (Car Mechanic Simulator 2018) showing on my library.

I was wondering why it was detected in the plugin logs but didn't show up in my library, now i know why
Ran another quick fix. If it's still an issue - try reconnecting the Epic plugin - should be fixed afterwards. Sorry for the inconvenience.
