Then could you at least put some effort into making the games good Ubi? like ZombiU for example?

Ehh at first I thought this game was gonna be awsome, but as time passed ergh I sort of knew this was gonna happen because its a launch title.

Oh well at least I will wait for Pikmin 3 and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate : \

Judging a game based on Metacritic alone just depresses me.

Reactions are all over the map. Some are wildly positive. A few are very negative. It's a 71, which is hardly a disaster. Read the good and the bad and judge for yourself, don't just wait for a number to spoonfeed you an uninformed opinion.

No, no I understand its just that this game does not warrent a day one full price purchase, it belongs in the bargain bin, which is sad judging from what the game was going to be I wanted it to be a big franchise like Assassin's Creed :(

Also this game looks rushed, made so fast just to get an original game on the console.

It's a Wii game. What did you expect?
Yeah, let's all judge a game nobody of us has played!
This game is so bad, I am not going to even buy Wii U because of it!

Or somethin

edit: and since when 69% = bad game?

You know there are times that I take the critics word for it...

Jup, thinking for yourself surely hurts. Thank God you are not doing it that often.

69% isn't a bad game. A game with that rating would have flaws, but also enjoyable.

The main issue is that Eurogamer gave it a 90% review, when other major sites gave it average reviews.

There was controversy recently about Eurogamer staff being paid off by gaming companies to make favourable reviews.....

...And there are times where I say fuck the critics like I said fuck you to Game Informer about their review on Monster Hunter Tri. Its just that even before the reviews my overall impression of ZombiU were not that high at all, and there was a time I should have taken the critics word for it like when I saw the file Brave it was not bad, but I was expecting to be another pixar masterpiece so I was dissipointed, there was nothing "brave" about that movie.

I watched the giantbomb quicklook and it basically looked like singleplayer Left 4 Dead. I would buy it if it were on PC but I am certainly not buying a new console for it.

I think the WiiU will fail to excite most of the core audience because the graphics and game styles will be just like stuff from the last 7 years in the hardcore space. The key to their success will be capturing the same casual market the Wii did with entertaining and unique party games like Nintendoland, which is reviewing well.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Pikmin 3 will satisfy me enough to get a WiiU myself, but later all the store are sold out.

People who want those games and other Nintendo franchises will be buying one no matter what. As the Gamecube proved though, that's not enough for mainstream success. They need to capture either casuals or so-called "core gamers." I don't see them getting the latter due to the older tech, but they might capture the former again.

All depends on if it catches fire like the original did.

Since 1999 or so? In "the good old days" (80s and first half of the 90s), reviews in gaming magazines actually used the whole scale, so that a mediocre game would get around a 50% overall rating. Nowadays, that's not the case. The percentage scale has been hit by inflation over time, so that these days most people don't want to even try a game with a score below 80%. It's stupid and pointless, but there it is.
