The NWN hasn't been redeemed. You must of pasted it wrong I'll PM you.

someone just went to the redeem page to check out the code but clicked cancel, it locks out other people for a few minutes to prevent people from redeeming it at the same time.

hhhmmm something is wrong here. In my account it says its not redeemed but your right about it saying its used when you redeem gift. I've certainly never pasted this code before. Either it's locked out from people checking out the code or GOG generated me a dodgy key.
