A modern point-and-click adventure classic set in the world of the Dark Eye.

Memoria, a refined adventure game with impressive hand-drawn visuals, captivating story, interesting characters, and a magical gameworld that will consume you whole, is available 10% off on GOG.com for Windows and Mac. That's only $17.99 for the first week.

Sadja, a Southern princess, has an unstoppable desire to become the greatest hero in history – by joining and succeeding in the biggest war Aventuria has ever seen: The war of the Mages, fought in the middle of an uninhabitable desert. Bird catcher Geron lives almost 450 years after the Great War. Geron’s eternal love, Nuri, has been turned into a crow by an evil curse. To give her back her human form, Geron needs the help of the mysterious merchant Fahi, who has magical powers. But Fahi is only willing to help Geron if he agrees to solve a puzzle which Fahi has seen in his dreams. The quest for answers soon leads to a chain of events that connects both Sadja's and Geron's stories, threatening to turn the present into a grim reflection of a long forgotten past.

From the modern adventure game powerhouse, Daedalic Entertainment, comes Memoria, a captivating journey into the world of the Dark Eye. You will marvel at the gorgeous hand-drawn graphics that will charm you into believing you've been transported into a magical realm. You'll grow to like and care for the characters: princess Sadja and Geron, the bird catcher. Accompanying them on their respective quests, over the course of eight satisfying chapters, may prove to be the greatest adventure gaming experience you've had so far!

Are you longing for a really magical journey? There's one waiting for you in Daedalic Entertainment's masterpiece, Memoria for only $17.99 on GOG.com. The 10% discount launch offer will last until Friday, October 4, at 9:59AM GMT.
No need discuss... Daedalic = Masterpiece adventures

RS1978: Because Deep Silver, the publisher of the German version, don't want it. It's a shame that a great developer like Daedalic is dependent on such a lousy affiiliate. :(

Edit: The Whispered World, Chains of Satinav and now Memoria. Thank you very much, Deep Silver. You're a really blessing for all German customers.

RPGler: It's really a shame. Can GOG give any gues, when the update for the german version follows?

Why has Deep Silver the rights on these DSA-Games and not Ulysses, the new owner of DSA?
Ullisses sold the license for all "electronic games" to Chromatrix. Deep Silver bought the license for Memoria and Chains of Satinav from them. http://www.wiki-aventurica.de/wiki/Lizenz
What is this, an adventure game week?
To be perfectly honest, I couldn't be happier. :)
* wishlisted *
But... But... Today is Friday !

As well as German speaking customers and people who prefer original language with subtitles. Thanks, Obama. Er... I mean Deep Silver.

THIS! Although it should be thanks Merkel. I'm presently in Berlin for a few weeks and I can see with my own eyes how much Daedalic games cost in German shops... Edna & Harvey Breakout+New Eyes? €29,99 if not more.
The art and style of this game looks fantastic

Also: Many thanks for the Russian version, Spasibo!
Another good release. Any chance this will later be discount bundled with the first title like many other GOG offerings?
Was hoping to see this one on GOG, thanks! Having already spent too much on games this week though, will have to wishlist and hope next week looks better.
Nice to see this here. Threw it on the ol' wishlist.
Arghh, I'm in a fullfilling my wishes week, I'll buy it this weekend rather than adding to the wishlist, that and another adventure "The Raven - Legacy of a master thief" my penance for buying some games on steam sales. I already own Cognition on GOG via my kickstarter backing of the game originally.

Happy Birthday GOG
