Hi all! I can confirm it seems we're experiencing some issue on the PayPal side. The team is well aware of this and working on this as we speak, but so far we don't have na ETA for you. We'll provide you with an update as soon as we know something, and in the meantime, all I can recommend is trying a different payment method for now :(


EDIT (0030h CET):

No official news from our payment operator, but indeed PayPal payments appear to be processing perfectly since 20-30 minutes or so.I don't want to jinx it, but it appears to have been fixed. :)

Hello,

I can't make a purchase using PayPal. I'm receiving "Your payment attempt was declined by your bank because they require your confirmation, or additional information from you." error.

I tried 4 times and, yes, I have funds on the paypal account :)

I can make purchases on other services and I could buy from GOG before.

I have the same problem, I have tried it 3 times, yesterday i bought with Paypal without problems. It's a little annoying.

Me too, I can not pay with Paypal. No notifications from Paypal about any problems =( And just an hour left for the game

Same here, GOG is declining all of my PayPal payments regardless if I use a linked bank or a linked credit card. I always use PayPal for GOG, but today it is not working.

Same thing here. And I'm certain my PayPal is fine because I used it to pay for something else just a few hours ago.

Oh well, I can't stick around and keep trying. Seems like I'm gonna miss the sale.

Hi everybody!

Have the same problem and made a telephone call to PayPal.
The woman on the phone told me that my account is fine.
It seems that there is a problem with the gog.com server (or paypal?).
Paypal has just updated the server certificate.
May be that is the issue.

I was told by my bank that because of where GOG is located my bank has a permanent ban on any online purchases from there. I have tried paypal and my debit card with no luck.

Same here, also PayPal. Oh well, at least I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I hope the problem's fixed soon though, before the discount runs out.

If this is true then it is very sad. I just want to buy this game. >:(
And now I cannot. But I did just yesterday... xD
