Many of you were wondering what the next Atari-Hasbro release will be. Some may have started losing hope after seeing no release yesterday. Well, here's to all of you who pay attention to our site not only on Tuesday and Thursday!

[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/icewind_dale_complete]Icewind Dale is one of the best-known role-playing games out there. It is often compared to Baldur's Gate, since both games use the same engine the same mechanics and are set in the Forgotten Realms universe. Today's release a lot more combat-oriented, but that doesn't mean you won't find a compelling story and an abundance of quests here as well. A very cool feature (powergamers rejoice!) is that you can, and should, create an entire party before you start your journey - stats, skills, portraits, descriptions, alignments, everything. Overall, a fantastic cRPG, complete with two expansion packs - Heart of Winter and Trials of The Luremaster.

Well....my wishlist is looking more and more like it needs some tending to with this release---to say nothing of the other titles people are hopeful for to soon swell the ranks further.

Oh good Lord. Another assault on my wallet from GOG. Of course I'll have to buy it.

And I'm not even halfway finished with Baldur's Gate yet.

This is unsustainable. In order to find enough time to play all these games I'm going to have to stop going to work, but that means that pretty soon they'll stop giving me money to buy the games with.

A conundrum. Hmm. Better just go buy the game and consider the consequences later.

I never could get into Icewind Dale. I hated that my characters were all mutes, and the game was quite difficult as well. (The first pack of Goblins you encountered were murder).

I think I'll give this a shot once I wrap up Torment later this week. If I could make it through Baldur's Gate I can certainly appreciate the spin-off, no?

Man, GOG brings in ANOTHER one of the Atari/Hasbro big-gun CRPG's (which I already own on disc).

I wonder when TOEE, BG2: Complete, and Icewind Dale 2 are coming here (also, all which I already have on disc).

I wonder if Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines will ever come here (also, got that on disc, too)...

Also, I strongly recommend playing with This. I just don't care at all about random created characters.

baby wins unfortunately however I have a community centre network overhaul coming up that i get 300 for to spend on myself.. new graphics card and GOGs incoming!

If your getting the games here you won't need the video card. Just get some beer, and something nice for the girl.
