Hello GOG, you have made me a happy new member and i am so pleased that you use eye friendly site scheme. (very rare) I would thank you guys for giving me awsome free games when i first made an account.
Im looking forward to the weekend since that is when i will buy my first game from this service, i was wondering if you or annyone could give me step by step directions how to make a purcase, se the trouble is that i am using Euro and i
dont know if you connvert it to USD or is it me that should make the connversion whrn buying games?
This kind of question should be at the FAQ page (hint)

Welcome along!

I'll let our European brothers and sisters answer the purchase question.

(And I, too, prefer the eyeball-friendly website compared to the competition)

Greetings eldav80 and welcome to GOG! I hope you have a nice stay and find nice games.
As for your question, GOG currently sells their games only on $, so you'll have to do the conversion on your own. xe is a very reliable site as far as the current currency exchange is concerned, but I have no idea, though, what might be your card's currency exchange fee.
hmm, interesting question...

when I try to buy a game in USD (most of the games here on GOG) the price is of course in USD, you just enter the method of paymend voila, it's done (and my account is in CZK so the transition is no problem, it's done on the bank side)

when I try to buy a game in EUR (Age of Wonders 3 in this case), the site curiously changes the price to USD again (33,99 EUR to 54,99 USD) and then it's the same as above

indeed :) I'm not sure if this "behaviour" is something special, but I've had an account in two banks in my life and I never had a problem with paying from my CZK account in any abroad e-shop, be it humblebundle, amazon or here, on GOG... the bank just uses the conversion rate at that moment (maybe also charges some microfee for the transfer, I never checked as it doesn't seem so) and takes away the appropriate EUR money from your EUR account...

I am going to wait to the weekend to get some great deals when i make my first purcase.

Έλα μωρέ τώρα. Ξέχασες να βάλεις κεφαλαίο Κ, αλλά αφού βάζεις και τόνους, μια χαρά είσαι.
