I'm fed up here..first the GoG downloader completely ignores that I selected a different folder on a different drive, so my SSD got filled up and ran out of space, and I had to start all over after 6gb. I try to write to GOG but their site is so crappy that when you hit send, you have to select the matter of inquiry again and start all over..and when you have down that, guess what you have to do again...start over and over and over. There is no "thank you for your messaeg" or any email send to your that says "we'll be sure to answer back". Just an infinite loop..

And this is my third time writing to GoG..I once wrote to them about a game that was horribly in the state they released, and pointed them to a much better crack that fixed the cursor speed and occasional crashing...no answer. Second time about something I've forgot..no answer. Third time you try to message them on the new site...it doesn't work or the site is horribly made. Take your pick.

I cross my fingers for a competitor with this service and then I'll be long gone..

The link probably won't change though.

Welp, someone is going to get fscking pissed off :D.
... And on Tuesday GoG is, as a matter of fact, going to fix their fucking site. At least redesign, so I'd say that would lead to some bugfixes as well. And as for gog downloader, it saves where I tell it to, and it did on all computers I tried it on.

It's Fscking GOG, not GoG.

If the public language continues to decline you're going to need a job title change...

We don't currently send a confirmation on support messages being sent, although I believe that will be changed shortly.

Sorry to hear you're having problems reaching our support team; as for issues with the downloader, you might like to try the new beta one here and see if that addresses your problems.

Finally, although we're a loosely moderated forum, I'd appreciate if you refrain from profanity in the titles of your post. We try to be kind of family-friendly here. Kind of.

I do hope you can get your issues sorted out, and I'm sorry you've been having problems.

No, I have to ask IT to change the link, and they're busy with the new site right now. C'est la vie.

The Grepper sounds decent...
Interesting how people used to put profanity in thread titles before but nobody cared, and now the staff is having to modify thread titles, but they couldn't care less about the worthless content inside them.
