gooberking: Can't read a book but can read the forum? I don't think that's ironic, but I am curious how that works.
I can painfully focus for a few seconds at a time. I don't read what I type, just close my eyes and type.

I thought this thread would be related to Winona Ryder or that Reality Bites movie. guess not... I like Winona...
irony is a word used by americans to describe and item that has similar properties to iron.

Hope your eyes get sorted soon, I would be screwed without eyesight as I love reading, movies, games etc.

Looking forward to seeing how that text to speech works out with com*cough*ics erm ... "graphic novels" :)

An ever-present argument when irony comes up, culture does not have it well defined, literature has it defined better, but not as well as they'd like us to think:)

Garth Ennis being more racy than The Preacher, not going to be to everyone's taste:

Having linked that, I highly recommend you do not read most of that page, no issue summaries, or at least not past the first or second one.

orcishgamer: The final trade, which I've been waiting months to read, of one of my all time favorite graphic novels arrived in the mail today... on the same day I had eye surgery and can't hardly see shit.

Your turn.
What kind of "eye surgery" exactly? Lazer eye surgery?

I find that this comic covers most of the issues surrounding the concept pretty well.
