Hello fellow GOGers.

The reason why I'm writing this post is because I am assuming there are some adventure game fans around here.

I'm not the biggest fan of the genre myself, but even so I still I have become very interested in the Black Mirror series of games and the game A Vampyre Story.

The trouble is that I haven't found any good digital distribution channel with a acceptable level of DRM to buy the games from.

Anyway, if anyone else also finds these games interesting, please help vote them up in the wishlist so that hey might one day show up for sale here.

Thank you for your time.
Voted. :)

I just bought the third game of the series, and would like to play the first two games also. Both are pretty rare these days, so it would be great, if they could be bought from Gog.

If you get tired of waiting, DotEmu sells Vampyre Story DRM-free, I have it from there too. DotEmu is basically like GOG, but probably not as big/popular. I'm surprised it hasn't yet arrived to GOG too, because normally DE and GOG catalogues overlap heavily.

Also GamersGate seems to have it DRM-free:

No idea about Black Mirror games. Well, GamersGate seems to have BM2 with SecuROM DRM.

But you have to vote for Post Mortem first! (and Gray Matter, too!)

Look at the contents of their Silmarils Collection. Or better yet, DotEmu Collection 1.

The first Black Mirror game is available to play for free on Gamersgate as part of their newish VOID service. I've not yet tried it so I don't know how well it works but, here you go: http://www.gamersgate.com/FG-BLMI/black-mirror
It works simple - before you launch a game, you have to watch a few banners, or some flash / video ads, and that's it - you play the full game.
I think I prefer drive-shattering connexion-dependant DRM.
Does anyone know if a DRM-free version of the original Black Mirror game is available anywhere?

I have had a boxed version of BM II for a while, recently acquired BM III through the Classic Adventure Bundle and I thought it would be a good idea to start with the first episode.

Gamersgate apperently have it, but it's "Only available in North America". The online system mentioned above is limited to a handful of countries as well.
You can add first Black MIrror to your VOID slot on GamersGate for absolutely free. The game will be "adware" though, you will have to watch a few ads before playing.

Thanks, good to know!
I thought it would be obvious from the wording, but I am not in one of the handful of countries VOID is available in (and I don't think I would be able to find a proxy both stable and fast enough to allow me to play through them, if that's what you were suggesting).

Well a Digital Download version is available here, not sure if its DRM free though,
