Fritz would be very precious. Since GOG lost Chessmaster, there is a serious shortage of actual chess games here.

Also am I mistaken, or Viva Media holds the rights for Benoît Sokal's Paradise ?

All hopes to Gray Matter and Memento Mori
Right off the bat i think airline tycoon deluxe will be a awesome add for gog , its way better than the sequel thats on steam and there are a lot of tycoon fans wanting that game.
a thread i made back then asking when airline tycoon deluxe edtion would release on platforms like gog and steam. So far its only on gamersgate.
you should release your whole catalog of games , there are a lot of fans for each old game in there

Some great reasons why GOG is perfect for Viva Media

1. A large community where everyone helps each other out when it comes to technical issues - Often times a user finds the problem and posts the solution before it goes to the technical support box and saves costs of support. The power of user to user online mediums are great!

2. No pesky DRM in any format - Games would work gracefully on all current OS computers (and previous ones such as XP)

3. In the event technical support is required - GOG.com support staff are always there to answer questions for the customers.

4. GOG handles all of the repackaging process and goes through a series of quality and assurance checks to make sure the game performs optimally in as many test environments as possible.

5. Often times - these new releases on GOG.com get more overhead when it comes to sales then what Steam does when it comes to displaying their new releases. At least on GOG, the games are not hard to find and don't fall off the main page after a day or two like I've noticed on Steam.

6. Regular video blogs by GOG.com and news postings - Lots of new release games I've noticed gets lots of attention - and they continue to get attention through word of mouth from it's members and other online formats that GOG.com participates in.

That's what I've basically explained to Viva Media. Does anyone else have any convincing statements :)
any update on this ?

hockeycanuck: There are other wonderful games from Viva Media as well that would deserve publishing here. So if I may ask you, if you are familiar with this brand, which games from Viva Media would you like to see on this platform?
Most adventure games, the crazy machines series, fritz chess, and, for my kids, the learn to play chess collection , riding academy and the like...
I have Black Mirror 2 and 3 and I'd buy them again if they came to GOG.

My boxed copy of Paradise says Ubisoft.

Viva games?

I haven't heard of them before but after checking their website, I think I must say yes. Black Mirror 3, that chess game are ones that I'd buy.

Honestly, I hate it when small publishers "act on their and only publish games on their website" Eversim is another prime example of that. I think Steam is too big for them to compete, but gog is a golden opportunity to shine to potential customers.

It actually seems like they´ve bought up big parts of DTP Entertainment, but it looks like Drakensang (my favourite from DTP, look at my Nick!) went to somebody else...
Things look good, i hope all their good adventure games make it here :)

Thanks for the continued positive support everyone, I will be sure to include a link to this thread in my weekly report. Seems like some good adventure games are much needed for everyone :)
Airline Tycoon Deluxe = HUGE YES at any price! :)

Also some of the puzzle games looks interesting. Bring them on! :)
Another yes to their adventure games!
