New? It's at least 3 and a half years old now.
Yeah, sometimes we as a land of copyright anarchy manage to almost top China in this kind of monstrocities. The only "copyright law" that's actually effective here was only created to earn a bunch of local-ish rightsholders a 1% tax from all CD/DVD-players sold here.
