I got the usual "Order completed!" e-mail but there aren't any codes in it, just Date of purchase and Order ID.

Do they come in a seperate e-mail some time later or should I contact support?

I have a same issue like you. Yesterday evening I preordered The Witcher 3 and in confirmation e-mail I didn't received any code nor link to the comic book. I will also contact support then.

Yesterday (Saturday 23:48!!!) I received answer from the support. Now I have my NWN as well as comic book :)

I didn't see the codes in the receipt e-mail at first, but this thread alerted me to them, I redeemed them and it worked for me. I guess if you didnt get the code, just double check the emails they sent and then contact support.

I saw this thread, and contacted GOG.com support, regarding my bonuses. A NVIDIA promotion discounted the entire price of the game, but otherwise my order was normal from GOG.com. I received the paper toys, exclusive soundtrack, and Reason of State, all 'ONLY ON GOG.COM'. My contact at GOG.com support stated I was not eligible for NN or the other comic, due to the NVIDIA promotion. After failing to provide any evidence that the NVIDIA promotion only gave me these three, and not the other two bonuses, they stated they would no longer respond to my emails.

I have since contacted someone else at GOG.com, regarding this issue and what I consider awful customer support from their previous representative. However, if any of you could direct me to such a source, stating that I am eligible for some but not all 'ONLY ON GOG.COM' preorder bonuses, I would appreciate it. It would allow me to contact support, and tell them to no longer worry about that matter.

I also contacted support about the Neverwinter game and was told since I received it from the Nvidia promotion, that I was not eligible.

Their exact words:
"You received the game from the NVIDIA promo, Neverwinter Nights is not part of this promo."

No, that's correct. You don't get all the extra goodies with the nvidia promo, only through pre-ordering here on GOG.

This may be the case. However there is not a thing mentioned about that in the Nvidia promo at all or even on GOG. The exact content of the promo - except from the game itself - was NEVER officially stated. They could as well have said that the Nvidia promo was not eligible for bonus material at all. It was also never really clear to me what was pre-order only and what not. At the moment I am quite confused about this whole deal. I am glad because I have an awesome game (hope so, still loading) and card but still confused.
