P-E-S: So for the how many thousandth time has Broken Sword been given away now? =P
This is certainly the first time it's been completely gratis in the 8 1/2 years since I registered here. If it was offered in the past, it was either before that, or it was only "free" with purchase of something else, because otherwise, I would've had it already. ;P

XYCat: What is the difference between rollercoaster tycoon deluxe and classic?
As I understand it is some kind of remake/remaster based in a a previous iOS/android port. More or less it combines both games in a newer engine. Not sure about the details.

Thanks for the free game.

flanner: i don't understand the politics of gog at all. there are so many 90's (S)VGA games that are still missing. just twilight 2000 how long have i been waiting for.. and ironically it's a polish game.
Publishers/right holders have to be willing to release their games here. Not much that GOG can do about that.

It’s GOG’s job to convince them. This is the reason we give them money in the first place…
That's a surprise, thanks for finally fixing F/A - 18E Super Hornet for windows 10/11. It's been years since it was pulled from the store.
Now I hope Interstate series gets the same treatment some day.

Funny, I thought I give them money in exchange for games they already have on offer.

How well does the game play with a PC controller?

All bought. Fantastic Classics day. oO

Now PLEASE bring "Special Forces", the sequel to "Airborne Ranger" (Atari / MicroProse).

https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/special_forces

Unfortunately "Theatre Europe", which is the game BEFORE "Conflict Europe" was made, is 8bit only. Would have liked to buy that one, too.

Yeah, talking about confusing naming, could they possibly make it a bit more confusing?

"Classic" isn't a classic, it's something cooked up 20 years later after the original game, and "Deluxe" is actually the original game, which has nothing deluxe about it, except that it comes with two DLCs (or expansion packs as they were called before downloads).

Nobody thought that simply adding the year of release in the title would be self-explanatory?

The link to the manual of "Austerlitz" is wrong, it gives an 404 error at the moment. Could you please fix that? Thanks a lot!

Hmmm. I liked Blades of Time, but not really digging the art style of X-Blades. Much prefer the look of the reboot compared to the original, so probably won't end up getting it.

But Motor Mash looks interesting. Reminds me of Ignition a lot.

flanner: as for throwback's pc ones... although i practically don't play modern games, only old ones, i have to say that EGA games from the 80's are mostly a bit too retro even for me :D
Yeah, I'm in the same camp. Generally, anything from before 1990 is a bit hard for me to play. But still great to have them here.
